Terms & Conditions / Booking Terms
By booking with Pier & Pebble Stays, you agree to the following:
Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmed bookings are held once payment is received.
Cancellations & Changes: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your stay. Cancellation fees may apply.
Property Care: Guests must treat the property respectfully. Only one small to medium dog is allowed per stay. A full set of house rules will be sent once booking confirmed.
Liability: Pier & Pebble Stays is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during your stay.
Rent-to-Rent / Landlord Properties: For landlords, properties are managed under a corporate management lease agreement with guaranteed rent, weekly inspections, and cleaning. Both parties have mutual three-month break clauses.
